Certificate Program Enrollment Categories:
Traditional Program:
Certificate programs typically are 108-600 hours long. The courses are held on C4SEM campuses and C4SEM auxiliary campuses nationwide. A traditional campus program allows you to interact with your instructors face-to-face each day. You'll be able to immediately ask questions if you don't understand something or seek extra help during your instructor's office hours. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to take part in labs, field trips, and other hands-on learning opportunities designed to help you learn more than any textbook could ever teach you. With a traditional campus program, your classes will be held at set times during the week. These set class times allow you to plan effectively. This option includes all courses and course materials at no additional cost. This option includes all courses, course materials at no additional cost, and the final Certification Exam at no additional cost. Course selection varies bacon sed on-campus course enrollment options.
Fast Track:
The C4SEM fast-track certificate program is designed for those individuals with prior experience and knowledge of the program and is only available for selected certifications. Fast track classes are one to two weeks long, and all courses are taught in boot camp style. You will spend more time learning key theories, concepts and working in hands-on labs where applicable. You will have more two-way dialog with your instructor. You will have a small (10-16 Students or less) class size. In short, you will spend more time training and learning information security concepts in a boot camp environment. All of our courses start early morning, from 8:30 am, and run till 6:00 pm. This option includes all courses, course materials at no additional cost, and the final Certification Exam at no additional cost. Course selection varies based on the scheduled Fast Track program.
Independent Study Certification Program:
Independent Study (IS) courses provide maximum flexibility and value to our military students. The C4SEM Independent Study program is one of the most viable solutions for our servicemen and servicewomen, who are currently serving overseas or unable to attend classes in person. Once you are enrolled in the course, you will receive a syllabus and your course materials in the mail. The syllabus defines the course requirements, including whether or not the course requires a final exam or paper/presentation. In addition, we will assign an instructor who will provide feedback throughout the course and help you prepare for your final project or exam. Students will have 90 days to complete each course, however, this may be extended, if the student's circumstances change due to deployment or any other valid military-related issues. Course materials are sent upon receipt of the enrollment form, registration, and payment; however, the student is responsible for purchasing the required textbooks. The final Certification Exam will be coordinated and administered by test centers or training officers.
Certification Exam Only:
Only students who met all the requirements for the certification program can choose this option to register for their Final Certification Exam.
